Our client was looking at a presumptive  sentence of 168 months on a Drugs 1 case in Federal Court. Judge Ann Montgomery sentenced client to 86 months citing the report completed by MN Mitigation Services as the basis for the lower sentence.

 On a separate Drugs 1/Firearm case, Judge Ann Montgomery sentenced our client to 94 months, a downward departure from the presumptive sentence of 106-117 months. She noted that the mitigation report was excellent.
